When will I receive my order?

All items are custom printed, and ship out 3-4 days after fulfillment.  Production times vary. Please factor this timing in when placing an order.

How do I make a return/exchange?

I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If a product is defective I am happy to send you a replacement. Please send photos along with your order number to info@PlantBlerd.com within 24 hours of receipt. The merchandise must be in its original and unused condition with all tags attached.  Unfortunately we cannot issue a replacement for ordering the wrong size.  Please refer to size chart before ordering. 

Can I add an item to an existing order?

Currently, no. But this feature may become available in the future.

Can I cancel my order?
